Please read the Terms and Conditions below, then contact me for trip availability and to hold your spot. Be sure to indicate if you are interested in February, April, or November. I will send you the Travel Agreement below with a Reservation Form and further instructions for payment. Your reservation will be confirmed once I receive your signed Reservation Form and deposit check.

Travel Agreement Terms and Conditions

What and Where An all-inclusive five-day adventure in Paris, France.

How Much Prices quoted in EUROS. €5,995.00. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of €1200 must accompany the completed and signed Reservation Form. You will not be confirmed until receipt.

The final balance is due based on the time of booking, and no later than 120 days prior to the first day of your trip. A reservation made within 120 days of a trip requires full payment. All payments are quoted in euros then converted by your bank or you to US dollars at the exchange rate set on the date of the payment. Any bank will calculate the foreign exchange rate for you, or you may do so very easily yourself. You may pay by personal check or Zelle.

What's Included Six nights single occupancy in a boutique hotel; all meals; all activities and events, including any artisan, food, and wine tasting visits; bus and/or métro transportation to all planned activities, as necessary.

What's Not Included Airfare to and from Paris, transportation to and from the hotel, trip insurance, personal snacks and drinks (including the hotel’s Honesty Bar), personal shopping and expenses. In addition and for as long as may be necessary, expenses for the vaccine pass and Covid tests are the responsibility of each individual (see the Special Covid Policy, below).

How We Keep this Intimate Five spots available: first come, first served.

Cancellation Policy Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason. For any cancellation prior to 120 days, 50% of the balance paid will be refunded to you, minus the non-refundable deposit of €1200. However, if you notify us of a cancellation more than 120 days in advance of your trip, the €1200 deposit may be applied to another one of our trips within twelve (12) months. There are no refunds 120 days or less from the start of a trip. Leaving a trip in progress, for any reason, will not result in a refund. If Paris Off Script has to cancel a trip, a full refund will be granted with no other liability.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind and to protect your investment with Paris Off Script.

Special Policy Pertaining to COVID-19 Paris Off Script is a small-group experiential travel adventure. The health and well-being of our clients is of primary importance. We spend several days together in close proximity. Please read this COVID-19 policy carefully. Your signature on the Reservation Form indicates that you have read and accept this policy. Non-compliance at any time will result in refusal of services without refund. No exceptions.

WE REQUIRE ALL OUR GUESTS TO BE FULLY VACCINATED AND BOOSTED. In addition, if required, all persons shall comply with rules in effect at the time with regard to wearing a mask.
Assumption of risk. Guests acknowledge that they may be exposed to COVID-19. This risk is inherent in most activities where people interact or share common facilities, and is beyond the control of Paris Off Script. Every guest understands and accepts this risk and agrees that Paris Off Script shall not be held responsible or liable under any circumstances.
Confirmed or suspected COVID. Should you test positive for COVID within 7 days before the start of your trip, or should you be unable to enter France because of rules in effect at the time of your scheduled arrival, you will receive a 50% refund, less the €1200 deposit. The deposit may be applied to a future trip. Proof of a positive COVID test result within 7 days of scheduled arrival will be required for any refund.
After a trip is booked, if borders into France should close for U.S. citizens thereby preventing the trip from taking place, you will be given a voucher to reschedule for a future trip, or a refund less your €1200 deposit. If you reschedule, the deposit may be applied to a future trip.
Paris Off Script shall not be liable under any circumstances, nor shall Paris Off Script have any responsibility whatsoever, in connection with any COVID testing or quarantine requirements imposed by any U.S. or other governmental authority. All expenses that may be incurred or required in order to re-enter the U.S. or to travel to any other country, including but not limited to transportation change fees, hotels, meals, and incidental charges, shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler. In addition, should the vaccine pass or its equivalent be reinstated as a requirement for entry into restaurants, museums, or venues, expenses incurred obtaining it shall also be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Paris Off Script reserves the right to modify this policy at any time based upon world health consideration and change in government policy.

Responsibility Statement and Liability Disclaimer Paris Off Script wants you to have a fun, fabulous experience discovering out-of-the-ordinary Paris. However, we cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, strikes, illness, accidents, natural disasters (including global pandemics), airport closures, flight or train delays. Paris Off Script is not responsible for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to illness or accidents (including falls), pandemics, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or regulations, acts of omissions of third parties, or other such causes beyond the control of Paris Off Script. In addition, Paris Off Script is not responsible for any personal effects, including any and all electronic equipment, of any individual participating in our trips. If you are required to spend any additional night(s) due to weather, illness, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, you will be responsible for your own hotel and meals.

**IMPORTANT: Paris is a magical city best explored on foot. We do so at a leisurely pace. Travelers must be able to walk about five miles a day for consecutive days, including on uneven surfaces such as cobblestones as well as comfortably ascend and descend multiple stairs in the public transportation system. There are no accommodations for cars, vans or taxis.
